Prior to founding Collective[i], Mr. Martin headed operations at Overstock.com as the company's COO / GMM. Mr. Martin joined Overstock as one of the company's early employees. During his tenure with the company, Overstock grew from $70M in revenue to over $800M and became a publicly traded company in the process (NASDAQ: OSTK).
Before Overstock, Mr. Martin worked for Gear.com (funded by Amazon.com), which he helped grow from an early stage startup to the largest sporting goods closeout e-commerce website before its sale to Overstock.com in 2000. In addition, Mr. Martin was a member of the Olympic bid committee responsible for bringing the 2002 Olympic Winter Games to Salt Lake City.
Mr. Martin earned a Six Sigma Black Belt and applied the methodology to operations at Overstock. Mr. Martin holds a B.A. in English from the University of Utah.
Prior to Collective[i], Ms. Messer and her brother, Mr. Stephen Messer, co-founded LinkShare Corporation, which is host to one of the world's largest online affiliate networks.
With Ms. Messer as President and COO, LinkShare was recognized by Deloitte and Touche for two consecutive years as the fastest growing technology company in the New York Region.
LinkShare was also named the Best Affiliate Network Provider in 2002 by ABestWeb. Ms. Messer and her brother managed LinkShare until its sale to Rakuten (4755:JASDAQ) for $425 million in 2005. Ms. Messer received her B.A. from Brown University, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude. She received her juris doctorate from Harvard Law School, graduating cum laude.

Mr. Messer holds a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York and a B.A. from Lafayette University.
Prior to joining the Collective[i] team, Ms. Romano worked for the City of New York where she managed and executed logistically intensive, high-profile events for the Mayor's Office, as well as multi-million dollar projects coordinated across multiple City agencies.
Ms. Romano graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. from Brown University, and holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
Prior to joining the Collective[i] team, Mr. Martinov managed, designed, developed, and implemented various business intelligence and analytics solutions with both start-up and Fortune 500 companies, including Priceline.com, Linkshare, FedEx, Chase, and General Motors.
Mr. Martinov has served on the advisory boards of Informatica Corporation, Siebel Systems, Inc and IBM.
Prior to Collective[i], Mr. Fischer was VP, Account Director at Deutsch Advertising where he was responsible for managing the Tylenol brand. Mr. Fischer's 12 years of experience at agencies like TBWA/Chiat/Day, Cliff Freeman and Partners, and Deutsch, has made him an expert in Brand Strategy and Integrated Media Management.
In addition to Tylenol, Mr. Fischer has influenced a broad range of brands such as Sony PlayStation, Fox Sports, Turner Broadcasting, Snapple, ASICS, Mars Inc., and Moet Hennessy. Mr. Fischer holds a B.A. from Colgate University.
